Whilst I’ve been on my latest healthy eating diet, Quinoa, pronounced keen-wa, has been a key staple. It is so versatile and can be used in sweet or savoury dishes. These amazing little seeds that are very high in protein, contain most vitamins and minerals for a healthy diet, are low in saturated fat and are gluten free.
